Hello, Are you a skilled barista who loves making great coffee and meeting new people? Join our mobile coffee catering team in Calgary! We serve up delicious espresso drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and iced coffee at events around the city and surrounding area. This is an on-going position, and hours will depend on the event. We cover 3 hours minimum pay per event/day.

Responsibilities

- Coffee & Beverage Prep: Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffees and teas, including espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.).
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized mobile coffee station; follow hygiene and food safety standards.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory and restock supplies (coffee beans, cups, ingredients) during shifts.
- Customer Service: Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to guests at various event settings.

Requirements
- Barista Experience: Proven experience as a barista with strong skills in coffee preparation (Grinders) and espresso machines.
- People Skills: Friendly, outgoing, and personable, with excellent customer service skills.
- Professionalism: Maintain a clean, neat appearance and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Dependability:



Punctual and reliable; able to work at a steady pace and handle busy, fast-paced events. POS experience.
- Vehicle: Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Availability: Varied hours for the duration of the assignment events at various venues around Calgary and surrounding area.

Compensation
- Pay: $17 per hour for Barista and $18 for Barista Supervisor.
- Tips: You receive an equal % of the tips collected from guests (split with other staff if applicable).
