Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Assist with food handling and basic food preparation to support kitchen operations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or guest services is highly desirable
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, upselling, and restaurant operations
