Duties The successful candidate will be expected to provide services including, but not limited to:
- Eyebrow and facial threading
- Waxing, including facial and body waxing
- Facials and skincare treatments
- Eyebrow shaping, grooming and tinting
- Basic manicure and pedicure services
- Hair removal and other beauty treatments
- Client consultations and recommending appropriate beauty/skincare services
- Preparing clients and work areas for treatments
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary and organized workstation
- Following appropriate salon hygiene and safety standards
- Providing skilled, friendly and personalized customer service
- Assisting with other salon beauty services as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service within a beauty or wellness environment
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment space
- Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members
- Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, and nail care with precision
- Enthusiasm for retail sales, upselling products, and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain a professional front desk presence
- Certification or training in aesthetic treatments preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued
