Responsibilities If you are interested in joining our company as a Director of Food Services and Catering, you will be responsible for the following:

- Ensure excellent food service and catering operations for the company’s employees and guests.
- Oversee all phases of food preparation, activity planning, expenses, budgets, and cost control, while ensuring inventory levels are properly maintained.
- Recruit, hire, schedule employees, and perform general administrative duties.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure client satisfaction with service quality and menu offerings.
- Ensure compliance with Compass Quality Assurance programs, Occupational Health and Safety regulations, and WHMIS requirements.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, provide WHMIS training to all staff, and effectively manage the team.

- Bilingual French and English
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service management (preferably in a corporate setting).
- Proven ability to control food and labour costs.
- Creativity in introducing food trends and modern presentation concepts into food service operations.
- A skilled manager who is a leader, motivator, and mentor.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Outstanding client relationship management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Culinary skills would be considered an asset.
