Overview
The Site Superintendent coordinates the oversight of all trades, manages daily on‑site activities, and ensures the project construction complies with plans, specifications, and mandatory codes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise trades and manage daily on‑site activity schedules.
- Ensure construction is performed according to mandatory plans, specifications and mandatory building codes.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials and equipment.
- Enforce mandatory safety program compliance.
- Monitor adherence to mandatory specifications and standards.
- Guarantee work proceeds on schedule and within the established budget.
- Perform scheduling, mandatory inspections, mandatory quality control and mandatory job‑site safety duties.
- Execute miscellaneous duties that improve work flow and job‑site performance.
