Branch Manager

Location: Hamilton/Brantford

Our client is seeking a customer-focused Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a team across sales and branch operations

- Drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships

- Oversee branch P&L;, budgets, and overall financial performance

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch targets

- Ensure a high level of customer service and operational excellence

- Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers

- Identify opportunities to grow market share and expand the customer base

Ideal Candidate

- Proven sales and leadership experience within a distribution or B2B environment

- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L; responsibility

- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team

- Customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills

- Results-oriented, hands-on leader with robust business judgment
