Job Title: Business Development Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Work Schedule: This is an exempt position without fixed hours; however, the expectation is to work during normal business hours, with occasional weekend or after-hours work as needed.

Work Location: In-person at company office location

Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Success in this role is measured by the ability to secure new business and clients, requiring strong organizational skills, effective follow-up, and a competitive yet friendly disposition.

Key Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to the following, as additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to introduce our company and services to key decision-makers.
- Qualify and manage a robust sales pipeline, maintaining high activity levels through cold calls, warm outreach, and email communications.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to create and deliver compelling proposals.
- Regularly meet with customers while actively pursuing recent business opportunities to build a short-, medium-, and long-term sales pipeline.
- Provide weekly sales activity reports.
- Adapt to a continuously changing environment while remaining organized, optimistic, and receptive to feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Proven success in prospecting for new business.
- Strong ability to identify and understand customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at connecting with and winning over potential clients.
- Strong critical thinking abilities.
- Motivated, driven,



and self-starting attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficient in multitasking, taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.
- Minimum of 5 years of success in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience using CRM systems to track sales leads and pipeline.
- Background in real estate or property management is a plus.
