- Develop and maintain DFT methodologies and automation flows
- Integrate DFT solutions into RTL-to-GDS workflows
- Collaborate with various stakeholders for successful deployment
- Evaluate capabilities with EDA vendors and partners
- Lead technical reviews and improve methodologies Requirements:
- 3+ years in DFT implementation and methodology
- Deep understanding of scan, JTAG, and hierarchical DFT
