Drumroaster Coffee is looking for friendly, energetic people to join our wonderful team!

We are a family owned and operated cafe and coffee roastery located in Cobble Hill, BC specializing in ethically sourced, delicious coffees, and awesome baked goods.

We are currently hiring for all positions including cashiers, cafe helpers, dishwashers, baristas, and bakers.

Ideal candidates will have some commercial restaurant/cafe experience within their desired position and will be able to work quickly with a smile! Candidates must have a minimum of one weekend day available.

Hours and wage are dependent upon the candidates current skill level and availability, but start at $20 per hour.



We provide a great benefits plan after 3 months as well as tips and a fun team to work alongside.
