Manage facility operations and lead projects at Samaritan’s Purse Canada in Calgary as our Facilities & Operations Manager. Take charge of a proactive, hands-on role in a mission-driven setting. This full-time position is essential in maintaining the Calgary Ministry Centre and managing both in-house and outsourced teams.

You will oversee daily operations and long-term strategies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while executing critical facility upgrades. Your leadership will enable excellence in achieving Samaritan’s Purse’s goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage systems for HVAC, fire safety, and plumbing
- Oversee project management of renovations and upgrades
- Support teams of maintenance and janitorial staff




- Develop maintenance contracts and emergency protocols
- Track budget expenses and negotiate contracts Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive facility management experience
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the field
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities
- Proven success in delivering large facility projects
