Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpenter to join our energetic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of building projects, focusing on concrete work, framing, siding, and restoration tasks. Your expertise will help bring construction visions to life while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely and effectively
- Construct and install concrete forms, perform concrete finishing tasks, and execute restoration projects with precision
- Build structures using carpentry skills such as framing, siding installation, and woodworking techniques
- Handle heavy lifting and assist with the movement of materials and equipment around the job site
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members




- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a focus on concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Familiarity with siding installation and general carpentry practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in related fields such as woodworking or remodeling is preferred
