Establish clear business priorities and allocate resources effectively to support growth and performance

Hire, coach, and develop top talent to build a strong, capable, and engaged sales organization

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability, visibility, and continuous improvement

Partner closely with local leadership to ensure alignment between corporate initiatives and regional execution

Requirements

5 years' sales and leadership experience preferred

Proven leadership experience in sales, business development, or commercial management

Strong leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and talent development

Experience establishing and managing KPIs, performance expectations,



and operational discipline

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Robust business acumen, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills

Ability to lead through change with agility, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset

Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months
