If you're chosen for further consideration, our team will contact you.Essential Responsibilities:Lead and manage all aspects of project execution from initiation through closeoutDevelop and maintain project execution plans, budgets, and schedulesProvide leadership and direction to project teams, including field staff, engineers, and subcontractorsMonitor project performance, including cost control, schedule adherence, and quality outcomesIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plansEnsure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholdersReview and approve project reports, forecasts,



and change management documentationCollaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during bid and planning phasesLead project meetings and ensure effective communication across all stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement and lessons-learned initiatives across projectsQualifications:10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction project managementEngineering Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceProven leadership experience managing large-scale infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of construction execution strategies and contract managementExperience with scheduling tools such as Primavera (P6) or Microsoft ProjectAdvanced knowledge of cost control, forecasting, and risk management practicesExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficient in Excel and project reporting toolsAdditional InformationThe Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North America's most diversified construction companies.
