GFL Environmental – 310T Truck & Coach Technician (Reg) – Windsor, ON

A fully licensed technician to join our growing solids team. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, and repair of 310T trucks and coaches and related equipment. Full‑time, five days a week (Monday‑Friday) with optional weekend work at management’s discretion.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance services
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on vehicles and equipment
- Use vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes and initiate repairs
- Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs
- Conduct service calls for emergency breakdowns
- Perform safety checks on all vehicles and equipment
- Complete required paperwork using fleet maintenance software,



documenting part usage and accounting for repair times
- Maintain a clean and protected work area in compliance with corporate/OHSA standards
- Work in accordance with established safety procedures
- Assist apprentices by providing guidance and support
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

- 310T Truck and Coach License / Registered Level 3 Apprentice
- Valid “G” driver’s license with reliable transportation to and from work
- Own tools required
- Welding experience considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
