Casual Personal Support Worker

Must be available to work all shifts , weekends and holidays

Must have reliable transportation

Days 0700-1430

Evenings 1630-2300

Nights 2300-0700

QUALIFICATIONS

Personal Support Worker Certificate . Minimum 3 years experience in LTC or Retirement home setting required.

No application will be considered without the certificate The candidate must have experience working with an elderly population. The ideal candidate will have exceptionally time management skills, organized , work well in emergency situations, very valuable communication skills, a positive attitude , and be a team player.

Duties included but are not limited to:

- Laundry
- Housekeeping
- Serving meals
- Answering call bells
- Personal Care as needed
- 1 person transfer




- Continence care
- Interior escort
- Taking vitals signs , applying topical creams

__________________________________________________________________________________________ Must have the following :

** Current Police Check within the past 6 months.

** Tb testing within the last 90 days

** Valid CPR and First Aid certificate

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $21.12 per hour
