We are actively hiring a Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker / HVAC to grow your career in a company offering gainful employment, many high‑scale commercial projects, and room for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise on‑site commercial projects from start to finish.
- Mentor apprentice plumbers and HVAC technicians.
- Manage crews on multiple projects.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker or Plumber certification.
- Safety training and certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and endure manual labour.
- References.
- Ability to work alone and with a team.
- Proven experience managing the on‑site portion of mechanical construction projects.
- Proven experience managing a crew of mechanical contracting apprentices.
