Lead the successful implementation of a large-scale Human Resources Information System (HRIS) across the organizationDrive and manage client-side project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, milestone management, and deliverablesCoordinate client resources, third-party vendors, and implementation partnersAlign project activities with approved timelines, scope, governance standards, business requirements, and best practicesSupport solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, and deploymentPrepare and communicate Steering Committee and Executive Sponsor reporting, including project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key decisionsSupport governance processes, stage gate reviews, approvals, and escalation managementCo-manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions; identify risks and develop mitigation and resolution strategiesTrack dependencies across functional, technical, and vendor teamsCoordinate stakeholder, subject matter expert, and technical resource engagement throughout the implementation lifecycleManage planning and reporting for client deliverablesMaintain the business case and track value realization to ensure expected transformation benefits are achievedMonitor project performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiativesSupport organizational readiness, change management, and user adoption initiativesPerform other directly related duties as assignedRequirementsUniversity degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant business experienceProject Management Qualified (PMP) certification requiredConsiderable progressive enterprise project management experience,



with preference for 10+ yearsProven experience managing at least two end-to-end full-cycle implementations to successful outcomes, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or UKG/KronosOracle experience preferredStrong understanding of HR processes, including Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, and Workforce PlanningExperience operating within structured Project Management Office+ and governance frameworksExceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skillsFamiliarity with integration platforms, data migration, and testing methodologiesExperience managing hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery modelsKnowledge of change management and organizational transformation practicesAbility to work 35 hours per weekCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in leading large-scale HRIS implementations, including project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
