Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Director of finance, responsible for overseeing the finance and operations of the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive performance, ensure financial discipline, and support long-term growth through strong planning, analysis, and controls. Maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures Lead audit processes and liaise with external auditors and advisors Operational Finance Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance KPIs Support system implementations and process improvements Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team Establish transparent roles, workflows, and performance expectations Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting ~ Proven experience in a leadership role (Controller, Senior Manager, Director) ~ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls ~ Experience working closely with senior leadership or ownership ~ Background in a public company and in the manufacturing industry #
