As a Civil 3D Specialist, you will elevate the quality, stability, and efficiency of our digital engineering workflows, empowering multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects with confidence. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring model accuracy, enhancing collaboration, and advancing WSP’s technical excellence across Canada. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Civil 3D issues, including object instabilities, performance degradation, sheet production challenges, and data corruption.

ProjectWise – Civil 3D managed environments . Data Shortcuts (DRef) , including folder structures, naming conventions, and best practices that keep project data organized and secure. Maintain, enhance, and guide the use of Civil 3D standards—templates (DWT), styles, label sets, palettes, and subassemblies to support consistent, high‑quality delivery.

Provide targeted training and create user‑friendly how‑to guides and documentation to raise proficiency across project teams. 5+ years of hands‑on Autodesk Civil 3D experience across production environments.
