This is a key field leadership role for a superintendent with a strongbackground in underground wet utilities and municipal infrastructure. The idealcandidate will have hands-on experience leading crews and subcontractorsthrough the construction, repair, replacement, and installation of water mains,sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and related underground infrastructure.

If you are an experienced Civil Superintendent who takes pride inbuilding strong teams, maintaining production, and delivering quality worksafely, this is an prospect worth exploring. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Lead day-to-day site operationson civil and underground utility projects.

- Supervise foremen, operators,labourers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Plan and coordinate crews,equipment, materials, and site logistics.
- Oversee the installation, repair,replacement, and upgrade of wet utilities.
- Coordinate closely with ProjectManagers, engineers, consultants, inspectors, municipalities, and otherstakeholders.
- Review drawings, specifications,grades, elevations, and construction requirements.
- Monitor productivity, quality,schedule, and manpower requirements.
- Identify and resolve field issuesand construction conflicts.
- Maintain daily reports, projectdocumentation, and site records.
- Ensure work is completed safely,efficiently,



and in accordance with project specifications and regulatoryrequirements.
- Provide leadership and directionto ensure projects remain on schedule and within established quality andsafety standards. WHAT YOU BRING - 7+ years of civil constructionexperience with significant underground utility experience.
- Strong experience with wetutilities, including:
- Water main - Sanitary sewer - Storm sewer / stormwater - Underground utility installation - Utility repairs, replacements,and upgrades - Previous experience as a SiteSuperintendent, Civil Superintendent, General Superintendent, or SeniorForeman.
- Strong understanding of civilconstruction, site logistics, drawings, specifications, grades, andelevations.
- Experience with municipalinfrastructure, subdivisions, roadworks, or major civil projects is highlyvalued.
- Strong leadership andcommunication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively multiple crews, subcontractors, equipment, and project stakeholders.
- Safety-first mindset with acommitment to quality workmanship.
