- Case Manager, Toronto, ON – Claims adjudication
- Case management of STD and LTD claims assisting clients in resolution of complex cases
- Absence Management

- Rehabilitation Specialist, Toronto, ON – Track, analyze and present the quarterly rehabilitation budget expense reports to policy holders

- Direct contact/meeting with policyholders, union representatives, plan members, physicians and other health care professionals
- Develop,



monitor and implement cutting-edge vocational rehabilitation services and goal‑oriented rehabilitation plans for claimants in receipt of short and long term disability benefits
- Coordinate the services of external rehabilitation and medical management providers
- Contribute to the overall profitability of Group Disability by facilitating timely return to work for claimants. Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide reports outlining recommendations
- Participate in client meetings as part of the team representing Manulife Financial. Deliver web‑based presentations to National Rehab team on the topic of Effective Communication
