Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the team with one of our largest HCM clients on a full-time basis. This team is responsible for developing AI solutions with high-visibility and high-impact products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Lead the iterative development, validation, and deployment of AI/ML models




• Collaborate on end-to-end automation efforts required to bring models to production




• Work with structured and unstructured raw data to design and develop innovative predictive models, metrics, and dashboards to uncover actionable insights




• Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that provide insights to the organization




• Build and maintain a strong engagement with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.




• Contribute to the engineering process and culture

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Data Science, specializing in classification, clustering, time series analysis, encoder based transformer models, explainability and optimization




• Advanced familiarity with SQL and spark/pyspark




• 2+ years experience and knowledge in MLOps, in deploying, operationalizing, and maintaining and monitoring scalable AI/ML-solutions in production




• Advanced proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLFlow, etc.) and libraries commonly used in NLP and Generative AI




• Advanced proficiency in data cleaning and data transformation




• Proven ability to debug, analyze, and profile existing code




• Excellent collaboration and communication skills




• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities - Experience with infrastructure design and deployment utilizing Azure, cloud offerings for the implementation of data pipelines (Azure SQL, Function/Logic Apps, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Virtual Machines, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)




• Experience with Databricks
