- Collaborate with business partners, architects, designers and delivery teams to define and translate needs into concrete, high‑value solutions.
- Analyze and document processes, business rules, user journeys and the impacts of change.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of digital solutions supporting Collective Savings and Retirement.
- Participate in impact analyses, estimations, planning, testing and production deployments.
- Support the integration and adoption of new capabilities related to Salesforce, data and artificial intelligence.
- Identify opportunities to improve, automate and optimize business processes.

Requirements

- Holds a DEC (Diploma of College Studies) or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Has 2 to 5 years of experience in IT analysis,



functional analysis or digital solution delivery.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, synthesis and problem‑solving skills.
- Recognized for collaboration, autonomy and the ability to positively influence teams.
- Exhibits excellent communication and ability to explain complex topics to non‑technical audiences.
- Motivated by continuous learning, experimenting with new approaches and continuous improvement.
- Familiar with Agile, SAFe or Lean methodologies.
