This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collaborative Women and Children's Department within a 172-bed hospital. You will serve a catchment area of 250,000 residents, providing community-based consultative practice and labour and delivery suite coverage. With approximately 300 deliveries annually and a supportive 1-in-3 on-call rotation, you will enjoy a high-volume, meaningful practice while maintaining a vibrant personal life.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.Deliver expert community-based consultative paediatric care and outpatient clinic coverage.Provide essential on-call and labor and delivery suite coverage within a 1-in-3 rotation.Contribute to medical education and research as a faculty member of Queen's University.Lead local quality improvement initiatives and participate in faculty committees.Foster meaningful, patient-centred connections within the Brockville community.PROFESSIONAL PROFILE (COMPETENCIES).Licensure: Must be eligible for registration and licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).Certification:
