Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers promptly
• Open repair orders with detailed vehicle concerns




• Process warranty claims and confirm eligibility
• Coordinate with technicians for explicit customer communication
• Schedule upcoming preventative maintenance services
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an automotive dealership
• Strong customer service skills in fast-paced settings
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Excel, and Word
• Experience with KARMAK is an asset
• Ability to maintain organized workspace
