Duties

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of floors, surfaces, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of all designated spaces according to established standards and schedules
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning materials as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to management




- Use commercial cleaning equipment efficiently, including vacuums, mops, buffers, and steam cleaners

Requirements

- Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial settings
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation is a plus but not mandatory
