Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Casual Cleaner to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. This position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities through diligent cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Conduct routine commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or hazards identified during cleaning activities.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment for staff and visitors.




- Support additional tasks such as restocking supplies in restrooms or cleaning storage areas as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of completed cleaning activities and any issues encountered during shifts.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valuable physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to flexible casual work schedules.
