Completes accurate inspection reports on equipment and report malfunctions. Remains current and familiar with all cleaning chemicals and their uses. Maintains a professional appearance as per company grooming policy.

Maintains a high level of professionalism, positive demeanor and service etiquette. Provides superior customer service and maintains excellent employee relations. Understands and follows safety and emergency procedures and complies with Hotel and Casino policies and procedures.





Able to walk and stand for prolonged periods (regular work shift is eight hours). Knowledge of cleaning supplies, chemicals, techniques and uses an asset. Ability to work with cleaning chemicals, such as sanitizers, disinfectants and aerosols.

Able to perform repetitive duties throughout a shift (polishing slot machines, cleaning washrooms, vacuuming). Proven customer service experience. Previous housekeeping, environmental service or cleaning experience an asset.
