We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Dental Clinic Manager to lead our dedicated team in our thriving practice in Downtown Toronto!

Role Details Position: Full-Time Clinic Manager

Location: Edition Dental

Schedule: 44 hours/week (clinic operates 7 days/week with extended hours; schedule set with Regional Director)

Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 annually What You’ll Do

You’ll be the operational and cultural leader of the clinic, responsible for both performance and team success: Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and internal processes

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team

Manage scheduling, payroll, and day-to-day HR functions

Oversee billing, insurance processes, and financial accuracy

Create and manage clinic budgets and performance metrics

Lead by example to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

Train and support team members on systems and software (including ClearDent and Recall Max)

We’re looking for a true leader, not just a manager: 2+ years of dental clinic management experience

2+ years of leadership experience (coaching and developing teams) Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance systems

High energy, accountability, and a growth mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
