How to Apply

Send your resume along with a short video — open format, minimum 2–3 minutes — telling us a bit about who you are and why this role is the right fit for you. We're responsible about finding the right fit, and the video is how we find it. We can't wait to see what you come up with!

Who We Are

Fonthealth is not your average clinic. We are a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team of practitioners — including Nurse Practitioners, Registered Practical Nurses, a Nutritionist, and more — who collaborate closely to deliver a standard of care that is extraordinary. Our members come to us in the thick of perimenopause and menopause, often after years of being dismissed elsewhere, and every single one of them deserves our very best. We hold each other to that.

We want someone who sees the bigger picture of hormone health, who understands the real-life weight of symptoms most of the medical system still overlooks, and who wants to be part of changing that story for every member who walks through our doors. If you're ready to bring your clinical skill and your energy to a team that is genuinely building something, we want to meet you.

The Role

As our Nutritionist, you will be a core part of the member experience — working hand-in-hand with our Nurse Practitioner and nursing team to translate lab work, symptoms, and goals into nutrition guidance that actually fits a person's life. This is a full time, in-clinic role for someone who wants ownership over their caseload and a real say in how member care is delivered, not just a seat at the back of the room.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conducting nutrition consultations and building individualized plans for members navigating perimenopause, menopause, insulin resistance, and GLP-1 or weight-loss protocols
- Collaborating daily with our NP and nursing team to deliver integrated, member-centred care

- Reviewing labs and InBody body composition data to inform grounded, evidence-based recommendations
- Creating and refining patient education materials, SOPs, and clinical documentation
- Supporting members through metabolic and muscle-centric nutrition strategies as part of their broader protocol
- Contributing to patient-facing video or course content as Fonthealth continues to build out member education

What You Bring

- A degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Applied Health Science, or a related field
- Hands-on clinical nutrition experience within the last 1–2 years
- Direct experience or strong working knowledge in at least two of: perimenopause/menopause, insulin resistance, GLP-1/weight-loss medication support, or metabolic/muscle-centric nutrition
- A grounded, evidence-based approach to nutrition and supplement recommendations — no fads, no shortcuts
- Experience with clinical documentation, SOPs, or patient education materials
- An openness to creating patient-facing video or course content

Nice to Have

- Spanish is an asset
- Experience with InBody, JaneApp, or ClickUp
- Ongoing continuing education in hormone or metabolic nutrition — if this is you, tell us about it in your application

Are You Our A Player? We use that term intentionally. An A player at Fonthealth is not just clinically excellent — they are an energy carrier. They elevate the room, the team, and the member experience just by showing up.

If this resonates with you, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

You are mission-driven. You genuinely believe that grounded nutrition guidance changes lives. You don't just hand out meal plans — you treat people. You ask the extra question, read between the lines, and care about outcomes long after the consult ends.

You are a cheerleader — and you wear it proudly. When a member hits a milestone, you celebrate. When they hit a wall, you lean in. Behind every lab result is a person with a story, and you hold both with equal care. If the idea of being your members' biggest cheerleader makes you cringe, this is not the role for you.

You are a team player who makes everyone better. You thrive in collaboration. You communicate proactively, show up prepared, and make the practitioners around you sharper by simply being engaged. You don't silo your care — you weave it into the bigger picture of what this team is building together.

You are growth-obsessed. You stay current. You read the research. You pursue continuing education. You push yourself because your members deserve a practitioner who is always getting better. Complacency is not in your vocabulary, and mediocrity is something you actively refuse.

You are accountable and self-directed. You own your caseload, your documentation, and your outcomes. You don't wait to be managed — you manage yourself. You are trusted because you've earned it.

You leave your ego at the door. The best idea wins here, not the most senior voice in the room. You are confident in your clinical expertise and humble enough to learn from every person on this team — including the members themselves.

Compensation $27–$30 per hour, based on experience.

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
