Company Overview Universal Precision Technology is a well-established organization that specializes in the manufacturing of precision components and sub-assemblies for the aerospace, aircraft, military, medical, optical and defense sectors. Roles & Responsibilities / Job Duties

- Ability to create CMM Programs using PC-DMIS software
- Inspect products using CMM in accordance with our quality system procedures
- Ability to read blueprint drawings and specifications
- Perform inspection of precision parts and assemblies to drawings and specifications (using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, shadowgraph, hardness tester,



plug gauges, pin gauges)
- Document / discuss unacceptable or nonconforming materials with internal and external parties and take corrective action, when required

Qualifications

- Well versed in Geometric Tolerances (GD&T;).
- Minimum 3 years comprehensive CMM experience, PC-DMIS software and Quality Control.
- CNC machining process experience, an asset.
