Responsibilities

Tasks

- Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts
- Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
- Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
- Verify dimensions of parts machined using exact measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
- Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools
- Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
