Reporting to the Manager of Labour Relations, this role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs while building positive relationships with trade unions. You'll source candidates through various media, screen resumes, and assist in onboarding recent hires. Your knowledge of industry trends will inform strategies and foster effective relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs
• Post job requisitions on various platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews




• Assist in creating onboarding documentation
• Maintain current knowledge of construction recruitment trends
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Knowledge of construction and trade unions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with problem-solving mindset
• Valid Driver’s License for travel to sites
