Overview

Join our team as a Companion for our client, a senior gentleman who resides in a private care facility. In this vital role, you will provide personalized companionship, assist with daily activities, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment. Preference for a female companion and even better, one who speaks Polish (but that is not a requirement).

Duties

- Offer engaging conversation, emotional support, and companionship to clients throughout the day
- Monitor clients’ health status, report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly
- Communicate with family via text after shifts

Requirements

- Proven experience in assisted living, home care, or senior care environments
- Knowledge of dementia




- Solid communication skills with a caring and positive attitude
- Shifts are 11:30 am - 2:00 pm and then again 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm daily but we have other caregivers in rotation so we can arrange a schedule that works for everyone. Ideally looking for someone available 10 hours per week. Meals provided for lunch and dinner.
