This position reports to the Finance Director and requires collaboration with client account teams and operational groups. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly financial results, developing budgets, and conducting pricing analysis. You'll lead cost efficiency initiatives and ensure accurate financial reporting while supporting system enhancements and providing ad hoc analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary finance partner for assigned portfolios
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results




• Develop quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
• Lead pricing analysis for contracts and negotiations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• 2-4+ years in financial analysis or business partnering
• CPA designation or active pursuit
• Solid Excel skills for financial modeling
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools
