This role demands a combination of purchasing experience and an understanding of automotive supplier processes. You will create purchase orders, analyze market trends, and ensure adherence to CTPAT standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Create purchase orders per Magna's processes
• Track deliveries and resolve supplier issues
• Analyze and compare supplier costs and proposals
• Implement the CTPAT program and ensure compliance
• Monitor inventory levels to support production
Requirements:
• Post Secondary Education
• 1-3 years in procurement or supply chain
• Experience in automotive manufacturing is an advantage
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Familiarity with RFQs and BOM understanding
