Job ResponsibilitiesLead for Safety ExcellenceMaintain focus on safety in all TPM effortsUse TPM methodologies to continue march to zero incidentsAdhere to and continuously improve all safety policies, procedures, and standardsLead the Business TPM Network - 20%Build support and shared accountability for successful deployment of TPMImplement process to assure effective best practice sharing and accelerate mutual progressServe as mentor/coach to develop excellence in use of TPM methodologies and change leadershipLead, coach, and solicit input from team members to drive successful execution of global, regional and plant goalsFacilitate / coordinate training, as neededDeploy the TPM Strategy - 40%Facilitate major Initiatives and drive a Zero Injury, Zero Defect, Zero Loss CultureProactively share information that advances organizational goalsSupport and drive root cause analysis, and measure the effectiveness of corrective action(s)Lead the rapid improvements in Safety, Quality and Performance by using relevant tools and techniquesDrive Manufacturing Productivity - 40%Develop strategies and tactics to improve business results through development and execution of TPM efforts across the Insulation Operations networkMonitor, audit and assess progress against the Insulation Operations strategyDevelop and communicate clear and measurable performance expectations; participate in performance reviewsJob RequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or related fieldExtensive experience in TPM (JIPM) deployment and leadershipExperience7+ years progressive technical experience in a manufacturing environment,Insulation manufacturing experience a plusSix Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt and/or Lean Manufacturing experienceTPM (JIPM)
