and networking systems.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly in a live operational environment.Maintain all AV equipment in excellent working condition in collaboration with the AV Supervisor, Lumina team, and Moment Factory.Follow established procedures for operating the in-house AV control system.Carry out preventative maintenance, servicing, and hardware calibration.Support seasonal installation, calibration, and de-installation of AV equipment.Uphold safety protocols while handling, installing, and servicing AV systems.Communicate effectively with team members, providing detailed handovers and issue reporting.Contribute to enhancing the guest experience before and after shows, aligning with Lumina’s creative and operational vision.Assisting with seasonal trail maintenance across the Lumina course including snow clearing or grittingReady to Light Up the Night?If you’re a tech‑savvy problem‑solver with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences, we want to hear from you.
