The Sport Science
Department is seeking a knowledgeable Contract Instructor for the 2026/2027 academic year. You’ll teach essential courses like SPSC 2205: Introduction to the Study of Health and Society and SPSC 3256: Research Methods in Sport Science. A Master’s degree is required, and a PhD is preferred, alongside college or university teaching experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct and facilitate college courses in sport science
- Evaluate and support student progress and learning
- Manage and organize effective learning activities
- Provide academic advising to learners
- Maintain quality and learner-centered instruction Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field required
- Teaching experience at the college or university level
- Expertise in movement education
