Responsibilities

- Participate actively in month-end and year-end processes (e.g., journal entries, reconciliations, forecasts, budgets, etc.)
- Ensure data integrity and recorded results according to current accounting standards

Financial Analysis

- Participate in monthly financial analysis of revenues and expenses
- Explain budget and forecast variances
- Create and analyze reports, dashboards, and financial models to monitor performance
- Follow internal financial processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Participate in system optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial information (e.g., develop new processes, tools, and models)
- Improve documentation of financial processes

Education and Training

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting




- Possession or in the process of obtaining a CPA designation or equivalent

Experience

- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or corporate finance roles

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bilingual in French and English
- Team spirit and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
