BerQ RNG is seeking a CORE Manager to report directly to the Director of Reliability. This role involves overseeing the operations monitoring team, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and implementing monitoring and escalation practices.

You will also guide a high-performing team while ensuring operational issues are effectively communicated and processed. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily CORE operations including staffing and scheduling
- Establish standardized monitoring, escalation, and reporting practices
- Recruit and develop a team of CORE Operators




- Monitor performance and document events across facilities
- Serve as a coordination point during multi-site operational issues Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum seven years in operations or reliability
- Experience in centralized operations or control rooms
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and operational reporting tools
