Additionally, you will contribute to discussions surrounding bail hearings and resolutions, ensuring high-quality legal service is delivered effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist unrepresented clients charged with criminal offenses
- Represent clients at bail hearings and guilty pleas
- Provide legal advice in person and remotely
- Facilitate referrals for vulnerable clients
- Manage case files in compliance with LAO standards Requirements:
- Lawyer in good standing with Ontario Law Society
- Experience with complex criminal cases
- Robust knowledge of criminal law
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
