Paws To Remember is currently seeking a Crematorium Attendant to assist the Cremator and Office Manager with their daily operations. We are looking for a knowledgeable, empathetic and administratively solid candidate to join our Team. This is a Part-time current vacancy that may lead to Fulltime employment.

Job Duties

- Provide compassionate assistance to individuals and families, guiding them through decisions about memorials, inscriptions, cremation options, and related services, while respecting their unique needs and preferences and upholding high standards of care.
- Organize and assist with cremation, ensuring a supportive and seamless experience.
- Facilitate and oversee the disinterment process, adhering to all legal and procedural requirements and addressing family concerns with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Transfer cremated remains between urns as requested, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Perform audits of stock and promptly address any discrepancies or issues.
- Oversee office inventory control, including cremation urn inventory,



and general office supplies.
- Assist with pick ups
- Other duties as required

Required Skills

- Must be able to tolerate extreme heat while wearing supplied PPE
- Must have a valid G Driver’s License
- Must be available to work on Saturdays occasionally
- Knowledge of how to use a Cricut machine and artistic capabilities required to decorate memorial items is considered an asset
- Must be able to lift over 50 Ibs and tolerate unpleasant scents
