Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate to agree to enter into a Continuous Evaluation program.Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree in engineering or another technical field required5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment2+ years of experience leading quality teams or projectsAS9100/QMS experienceExperience in composite fabrication preferredExperience with root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvementInternal, customer, and regulatory audit experienceExperience in composite fabrication preferredMust have demonstrated excellent communication skillsMust have strong computer skills including QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and databasesDETAILED WAGE INFORMATIONSalary range for this role is between $100,000 - $145,000, plus discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits.



Employees can also receive additional pay for off shifts. The range provided is Janicki's estimate of the base compensation for this role.
