Job title: Customer Service Representative Job overview: ​The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction while also supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a agile role, with approximately 75% of time spent on customer service responsibilities, including front desk support, order processing, customer inquiries, and related communication. The remaining 25% of the role supports warehouse operations, including order picking, unloading trucks, using pallet jacks, and completing general warehouse duties.

Tasks, duties and responsibilities: ​Provide customer service support, including greeting customers and assisting them with inquiries, placing orders, and order pick-up. Process sales orders, quotes, returns, and other reporting requirements Provide product consultation and direction to customers.



​Engage with the supply chain team to address product inquiries and resolve inventory and order questions. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner. ​Follow up on order status and communicate order updates to customers​Communicate with the sales team and other departments to meet customer needs ​Assist with warehousing duties including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading orders, picking and packing orders, and organization and housekeeping of the warehouse.

Physical requirements: Standing; walking; bending; dusty environments; exposure to extreme temperatures, heights, noise and lifting up to 23kg (50lbs)
