About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our FC Ultimate Team (UT) data and analytics team. Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions, enhance player experiences, and drive the ongoing success of our live service product. This hybrid role involves collaborating closely with production and product management teams to define telemetry requirements, analyze large datasets, and develop insightful visualizations.

Your expertise will help uncover actionable insights from live player data, supporting the continuous improvement of our core experiences for a global audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming, strong analytical skills, and experience working with large-scale data in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics,



Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on large datasets and decision-making support
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data transformation and statistical analysis
- Experience in financial modeling and quantitative analysis is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly to stakeholders
- Passion for gaming or previous experience in the gaming industry is desirable

Responsibilities

- Conduct quantitative analysis and develop financial models to evaluate feature design opportunities and assess risks
- Collaborate with production teams to define telemetry requirements, ensuring accurate data collection
- Write and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and validate telemetry data
- Create and maintain scalable dashboards that translate complex datasets into actionable insights for cross-functional teams
- Analyze user behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for improving player engagement and informing content strategies




- Present analytical findings effectively to stakeholders across all levels of the organization to facilitate informed decision-making
- Support ongoing data quality assurance and ensure data integrity across systems
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and gaming
