Insight Global is seeking a Sr QA Analyst to join a top insurance client on a 3 month contract. This role will partner with leadership to shape QA processes, build documentation, and design dashboards using Jira and ServiceNow, with a 50/50 split between guiding team members and hands-on testing (currently manual, with a roadmap toward automation).

We are seeking a candidate with 10+ years of QA experience, solid DevOps/CI/CD familiarity, and excellent communication skills.
