Key Responsibilities:
• Underwrite medium-sized Commercial Property & Casualty accounts
• Assess customer needs and pricing for profitable growth




• Maintain relationships with brokers and internal partners
• Negotiate terms and coverage for accounts
• Monitor risk performance and market trends
Requirements:
• 3+ years (Intermediate) or 7+ years (Senior) underwriting experience
• Post-secondary education or equivalent
• CIP or FCIP designation preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of underwriting philosophy and risk assessment
