As a Client Solutions Engineer on our Product Team, you will articulate and showcase the value of our product offerings from pre-sales, to guiding partners through the integration process and supporting them post-implementation. To drive success in this role, you will have a proven track record of technical problem-solving and client engagement, along with a deep understanding of software development and system architecture. As a Client Solutions Engineer, you will need to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will be responsible for partnering with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges, and then designing and implementing tailored solutions that align with their needs. Work with the Partnership team to assist with new partnership opportunities, prepare technical sales material, develop proof of concepts (POCs) and support demonstrations to win new business Design optimal solutions to ensure minimal technical issues,



enable opportunities for growth and provide the ideal customer experience Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and design custom integration blueprints using our REST APIs.

Provide hands-on coding assistance, sample scripts, and architectural guidance to customer developers during the onboarding phase. Growth & Process Improvement Use SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio and related technologies to identify and present actionable business growth opportunities to partners 8 or more years programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or PHP ~8 or more years of experience with web technologies such as HTML, JSON, etc ~8 or more years of customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting or related function ~ Proficiency with AI and LLM tooling, including practical experience building or deploying agentic workflows, with the ability to evaluate outputs critically and apply AI to accelerate technical delivery and client engagement ~ Proven ability to communicate complex ideas in a transparent, concise manner both verbally and in writing ~ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable Commitment to continuous learning and improvement Customer first focus and attitude Flexible PTO.
