emergiTEL is hiring a Delivery Account Operations Associate Level 2. This is a Contract role.

Location: Sarnia, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Duration: 12-month contract.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Purpose

- Work as part of a service delivery team aligned to a specific customer.

- Deliver services that meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and achieve high customer satisfaction.

- Support productivity improvements that provide value to the customer and improve operational efficiency.

- Contribute to service transformation initiatives and business growth opportunities.

Scope: Complete all work in accordance with the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, manage, and process print jobs submitted through email and hard copy requests.

- Perform print production and finishing activities, including cutting, binding, folding, and related tasks.

- Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

- Coordinate courier services and prepare shipments.

- Interact daily with customers and end users.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide operational support.

- Provide general operational support as required.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Basic computer proficiency.

- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.

- Ability to bend,



lift, and perform physical tasks as required.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in print and mail services is considered an asset but is not required.
